By accessing or using the BertSuite system, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user or business) and us (the platform provider). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the BertSuite system or its services.
To use the BertSuite system, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, including your email address, username, and password, secure and confidential. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
If you grant access to other users under your account (such as employees, accountants, or managers), you remain fully responsible for their actions within the BertSuite system. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
The BertSuite system is intended for legitimate business use. You may use the system to manage customers, leads, tasks, inventory, finances, payroll, invoicing, payments, reporting, analytics, and business communications through supported integrations such as email or messaging services.
You must not use the BertSuite system for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, scrape, or misuse the system or its data, including the use of unauthorized automated tools or bots, is strictly prohibited.
You retain full ownership of all business, customer, financial, and operational data that you enter into the BertSuite system. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the BertSuite system, including generating dashboards, reports, invoices, and analytics. We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data and restrict access to authorized systems only. We strongly recommend that you regularly export and back up your data. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
The BertSuite system is offered under paid subscription plans only. Users are required to select either a monthly or yearly subscription package in order to access and use the system.
All subscription fees must be paid in advance according to the selected billing cycle. Access to the system is granted only for the active paid period.
Failure to renew a subscription before the expiry date will result in limited or suspended access to the system.
We reserve the right to update pricing; however, users will always be notified in advance of any changes affecting their subscription plan.
We aim to keep the BertSuite system available and operational at all times. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Where possible, advance notice of scheduled downtime will be provided.
Support is available via email or WhatsApp for issues such as login problems, system errors, bugs, and feature-related questions. Response times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the BertSuite system, no software platform is entirely free from risk. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and managing your data, including maintaining your own backups.
We are not liable for business losses, incorrect data entry, user-caused data deletion, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet failures, hosting outages, or third-party service interruptions. By using the BertSuite system, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
The BertSuite system is continuously improved through feature enhancements, security updates, and bug fixes. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. When significant changes occur, users will be notified via email or in-system notifications. Continued use of the system after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Accounts are automatically suspended when a subscription expires and payment is not received within the allowed grace period.
For monthly subscriptions, a grace period of 2 days after expiry is allowed. If payment is not received within this period, the account will be suspended.
For yearly subscriptions, a grace period of 7 days after expiry is allowed. If payment is not received within this period, the account will be suspended.
To restore access after suspension, a restoration penalty fee of 20% of the applicable subscription fee will be charged in addition to the outstanding subscription payment.
Access will only be restored once full payment, including any penalty fees, has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly fail to meet payment obligations, violate these Terms, or misuse the system. Where possible, users will be notified before termination is enforced.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from the use of the BertSuite system will be handled within the legal framework of Zimbabwe. We encourage amicable resolution before legal proceedings are considered.
